claim refund

Please send us proof that you purchased the ticket you protected with us as well as the price you paid for the ticket. Acceptable examples include but are not limited to: a copy of your receipt from wherever you bought your ticket, a screen shot of your ticket bar code, etc. Please email us at info@fansure.com for any questions on this.
Provide your PayPal email address. If your claim is approved, you will receive your reimbursement in 2-3 business days.
Provide us an address for us to send you a check. If your claim is approved, your check should be received in approximately 10-14 business days.
